Having trouble finding your uploaded photos? No worries, let's get those photos sorted! Here are a few tips to help you find them:
Sorting by Date Added
This option arranges your photos by the day you uploaded them, making it easy to find your most recent additions.
Sorting by Date Taken
This can also help, but keep in mind that some photos might appear under "Unknown Dates" if their metadata is incomplete.
Photo Names
Our system recognizes the original file name of your photos as they were when you uploaded them, so renaming them on your computer won't affect how they're sorted here.
I tried everything and still cannot locate my uploaded photos
If you uploaded photos previously using a third party tool, for example Flicker, vs. directly from your device this is most likely the issue. To re-upload those photos please do so by downloading them to your device and uploading to Mixbook.
