Common Reasons for the Warning Message and How to Fix Them
I. Empty Photo Boxes
- The system has detected unused photo boxes on a page.
- Click "Make Changes" to go directly to the affected page.
- If you can’t find an empty box, it may be hidden behind another photo or sticker—but don’t worry, hidden boxes won’t print!
II. Low-Quality or Blurry Photos
- Some images may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.
- This can happen if:
- The photo resolution is too low.
- The image is enlarged too much on the page.
- You’re printing a larger book size, and the photo isn’t optimized for it.
- Click "Make Changes" to resize or replace the photo. Learn how to resize images here.
III. Blank Pages
- Your project contains empty pages, which may be unintentional.
- Click "Make Changes" to:
- Add content to the page.
- Delete the blank page if it's unnecessary. Learn how to add or remove pages here.
IV. Unavailable External Photos
One or more photos that were used in the project are no longer accessible—either they have been deleted, moved, or their upload failed.
These photos will appear blank or broken in your project.
Click "Make Changes" to locate and re-upload the missing photos from your computer or photo source, or remove the placeholders for those missing photos.
