Mixbook offers two alternative payment methods on Mixbook.com & the Mixbook app, PayPal & Klarna.
Please note, alternative payment methods can’t be combined with another payment methods on the same order.
Paying with PayPal
What is PayPal?
PayPal is an online payment service that lets you pay for your Mixbook order using your PayPal account, without entering your card details at checkout. You can pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a linked credit or debit card. If approved, you may also be able to split your purchase into smaller payments with PayPal Pay Later.
How does it work?
- Add your items to your cart and go to checkout.
- Select PayPal as your payment method.
- Log in to your PayPal account and choose how you’d like to pay.
- Confirm your payment, and you’ll be returned to Mixbook to complete your order.
Your payment details are managed through PayPal. To view a transaction or update your payment methods, log in to the PayPal app or paypal.com.
Please note: PayPal can’t be combined with another payment method on the same order. The only exception is a Mixbook gift card, which can be combined with a credit or debit card.
My PayPal payment was declined. Who should I contact?
Payment and approval decisions ,including PayPal Pay Later, are made by PayPal, not Mixbook, so our team can’t see why a payment was declined or change the outcome. Please contact PayPal Customer Service through the PayPal app or at paypal.com.
You’re still welcome to complete your order with another payment method, such as a credit or debit card.
Paying with Klarna
What is Klarna?
Klarna is a payment service that lets you split the cost of your Mixbook order into smaller payments instead of paying the full amount upfront. Klarna pays Mixbook for your order, and you repay Klarna on the schedule you choose at checkout.
How does it work?
- Add your items to your cart and go to checkout.
- Select Klarna as your payment method.
- Choose your payment option [e.g., Pay in 4 interest-free installments — confirm which plans Mixbook offers].
- Klarna will ask for a few details and make an instant approval decision.
- Once approved, your order is placed and processed like any other Mixbook order.
Your payments are managed entirely through Klarna. To view your schedule, make a payment, or update your payment method, log in to the Klarna app or klarna.com.
I wasn’t approved for Klarna. Who should I contact?
Approval decisions are made by Klarna, not Mixbook, so our team can’t see why an application was declined or change the outcome. Please contact Klarna Customer Service through the Klarna app or at klarna.com/customer-service.
