How do I locate my Mixbook Credit?
If you received Mixbook credit, it is automatically attached to your Mixbook account. At this time, credit will not show within your Mixbook account as available credit under your profile. Credit will only be visible at time of check out, no code necessary.
How do I use my Mixbook credit?
*Log into your Mixbook account (account must correspond with the account the credit was issued to)
* Add your project to cart
* Head to check out
* At check out, under "Calculate Tax & Shipping" you will find "Mixbook Credit" listed as a reduction to your total cart amount.
The credit is not appearing at checkout
If credit is not appearing at checkout:
- Make sure you are logged into the correct Mixbook account
- Check the expiration date of the credit provided
