Want to work on a project with friends and family? You can invite up to 30 collaborators per project. Users can open the project with up to 8 people at the same time. However, for editing, control must be passed to one person at a time. Just make sure everyone has their own Mixbook account before you start. Here’s how to invite collaborators.
Invite from My Projects Page:
- Go to your "My Projects" page (it's at the top-right of the Mixbook website).
- Click the "Collaborate" button next to your project's thumbnail.
- Enter the email addresses of your collaborators, separated by commas.
Invite from the Mixbook Studio:
- Click the "Share" button at the top-right corner of the editor.
- Click "Invite to Edit."
- Enter the email addresses, again, separated by commas.
Good to know: We're always working to improve our collaboration features, so these limits may increase in the future!
📝Note: Once a collaborator accepts your invite, you’ll see them in your Project Settings at the bottom left. You’ll also receive an email notification confirming that they’ve joined your project.
