Yes, you have a 30-minute window AFTER purchase to make design edits to your project.
What you cannot edit after purchase:
- Adding or removing pages
- Size
- Paper type
- Cover type
- Quantity
- Address update
- Payment type
If the above edits are required, you will need to cancel your order within the 30 minute window and reorder after making the appropriate adjustments.
To avoid unintentionally mistakes please review your project carefully prior to placing your order to ensure everything looks perfect.
Editing Your Order within 30 minutes of Placing Your Order
- Go to your Mixbook Account page.
- Click on "Orders" to view your previous orders.
- Select the order number to check how much time is left to make changes.
- If you’re still within the 30-minute window, you can edit your project directly.
What If the 30 Minute Window Has Passed?
✔ Edits can no longer be made once the 30-minute time frame has expired
✔ Any edits done after the 30 minute window will reflect on the project preview but WILL NOT reflect on the final printed copy
✔ If the 30 minute window has passed, please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team at hello@mixbook.com for further assistance regarding requested changes. Although we cannot guarantee any adjustments after the 30 minutes we will do our best when possible!
💡 Pro Tip: Edits made within the 30-minute post purchase window will apply but anything done after ,even in the same editing session, will not apply to the final print.
