Due to Googles AI Anticipated Delivery Date feature through Gmail, available on most gmail accounts, customers may see a different estimated delivery date at the top of their email from what is being shown in their order shipment confirmation. The AI Anticipated Delivery Dates generate by using a wide array of data points prior to shipment however, it does not account for the full production time by product type & delivery region which is why the dates shown are usually different. Mixbook does not have control of the dates shown through this Google feature and we fully understand that there maybe confusion when initially viewing your email.
The most accurate Mixbook approved estimated delivery date prior to shipment can be found on your Mixbook order confirmation email under "shipping information" & next to your delivery address. After you've received your tracking information, you can view the official tracking page with the most up to date information regarding your shipment, https://tracking.mixbook.com/.
