We're sorry to hear you'd like to unsubscribe. There are two ways to cancel your Mixbook+ subscription.
Option 1 — Directly in the Mixbook app:
- Log into your Mixbook account in the Mixbook app
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of your screen
- Tap “Mixbook+” (your renewal date is also listed here)
- Tap “Manage Subscription”
- Tap “Manage Subscription” again
- Select a reason for canceling (your honest feedback helps us improve)
- Select “Cancel Subscription”
Option 2 — Directly in your Apple Account:
- On your Apple device, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
- Find “Mixbook+” in your active subscriptions
- Tap “Cancel Subscription”
Reminder: You'll keep access to all Mixbook+ benefits through the last day of your current billing cycle, the day before your next renewal date. For example, if your subscription renews on the 30th of each month and you cancel on September 10, you'll still have full benefits access through September 29. Because you keep access for the remainder of the cycle you've already paid for, cancellations aren't eligible for a refund.
Subscription billing is managed by Apple. Mixbook does not have the ability to view detailed information related to your subscription
