All started projects go in to your "Projects" page. If you are unable to locate a specific projects, check the guide below:
Check your "Ordered" tab from "Projects" page
- Go to your "Projects" page
- By default the view will be in "Active" projects
- Click on "Ordered" tab to find your ordered projects
Check if you are logged in to the correct account
- To do this, go to your "Account" page
- Go to "Basic Details"
- Double-check the details in the "Email Address" field
💡 Did you know? You can "Archive" your project by clicking the "three-dot" icon underneath the project thumbnail and clicking "Archive". The project will be sent to the "Archive" section to help you organize your project.
