Mixbook Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for:

1. New products (unopened in original packaging)

2. Lightly used products (opened or gently used)

3. Defective items (manufacturing defects or shipping damage)
   
   This policy excludes Mixbook gift card purchases which are non refundable.

Lifetime Returns: If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll make it right.

How to Process Your Return

1. Start by completing our Contact Us Form to request a return.

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.

3. Pack your item securely and attach the label to the outside of the box.

4. Drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

5. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 10 business days.
   
   

Return Fees

• Return shipping: Free (we’ve got you covered).

• Restocking fees: None.

• International customs fees: Also on us.
  
  

Refunds

Refunds issued are credited back to your original payment method in USD (or converted to your local currency).

Policy Scope

This policy applies to every country where Mixbook ships, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

This policy excludes Mixbook gift card purchases which are non refundable.
