After you submit your order, you have 30 minutes to cancel it. Cancelations are not available for Mixbook gift card purchases as they are final sale.
You may cancel your qualifying order for a full refund if it has not been sent to print.
How to Cancel Your Order
- Go to your Account page.
- Click on "Orders" to see your previous orders.
- Select the Order Number you wish to cancel.
- If eligible, you will see an option to Cancel & Receive a Refund. (not available for purchases of Mixbook gift cards)
What Happens After 30 Minutes?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we’re unable to cancel or refund orders once the 30-minute window has passed. At this stage, your order is already being processed for printing.
