How does Mixbook come up with estimated delivery dates?

The estimated delivery dates takes into account your delivery location, ship speed as well as the full production process which includes::

• Quality control checks - We carefully inspect projects for quality both manually & through automation to ensure they meet our standards & don't require further assistance
• Print processing - Your projects are professionally printed & further reviewed post printing by our quality control team before getting your project set to be packaged
• Packaging - Projects are securely packaged to protect them during transit
• Shipment - Your order is handed over to one of our carrier partners to be delivered 

Can I expedite my order for faster delivery?

We understand that sometimes you need your order quickly, but we're unable to expedite the quality control and print processing portions of your order. Here's why:

How long does the process take?

Quality Control & Print Processing: estimated 5-7 business days (may vary slightly depending on specific product ordered)

Transit Time: Varies based on your shipping selection & delivery location

• Transit times are calculated from the time of shipping carrier receipt 
• Depending on the shipping speed you select will either reduct or extend in transit time but will not impact the total processing timeframe
  • Availability in ship speed options vary based on delivery geograph
